T2000V2R7C03SPC003 network administrator creates a VB with bridge type 802.1Q on the N1EMS2 board of Huawei OSN3500 device, and prompts "This command is not supported, error code 38737" when connecting to a port, and the port cannot be connected.

Processing

1:After uploading data and reconfiguring the fault remains;

2: Change the bridge type and the problem still exists. Check the description of the single board which also supports 802.1Q;

3: Check the version of the supporting table host with the single board is also supporting; network management requirements for the R7C02, the site R7C03 should also be no problem, the use of R8 network management configuration failure remains;

4: Collect relevant data to the R & D analysis, confirmed that the R7C03/R8 network management support the command to set the type of bridge, but 5.21.19.22 hosts are not supported. There is a problem with the downward compatibility of the network management;
