A: The restrictions are as follows:

(1) First, it is required that the protection pairs joining the SNCP grouping are all in the ACTIVE state;

(2) Secondly, our product currently only supports virtual cascade grouping, i.e., the grouping type is 3; it is also required that the joined grouping must be SNCP protection, not PP protection;

(3) The same protection pair cannot be added to more than one group;

(4) Finally, it is also required that the attributes of each protection pair added to the group are consistent, such as: work unit delay time, work unit optional detection conditions, protection unit delay time, protection unit optional detection conditions, service level, recovery mode, and waiting recovery time. If the configured attributes are not consistent, the protection pair joining the group will be returned as illegal.
