Q: What is the time slot mode of a network element? Are there any restrictions on setting the timeslot mode?

Currently,the OSN product software provides two commands for setting and querying the time slot mode:cfg-set-servicemodeandcfg-get-servicemode. The parameters of the commands for setting the time slot mode areslotandline, which are also called "time slot mode" and "line mode" or "Huawei mode" and "LongXun mode" internally, and the default is Huawei mode. The command parameters to set the time slot mode are slot and line, which are also called "time slot mode" and "line mode" or "Huawei mode" or "Lansun mode" internally, and Huawei mode is the default.
The only limitation of the Set Network Element Time Slot Mode command is thatyou cannot switch the time slot mode of a network elementif the2Mtributary board has already been equipped with low-order services.
