Huawei OSN3500 device SXCSA cross-board anomaly can not query SNCP inversion state

Description of the problem

On a Huawei OSN3500 device, an engineer finds that the query of the inversion status of a service fails in "SNCP Service Control" on the network management, prompting: parameter error (the received command parameter is illegal), error code: 38752.

2. SNCP exists on the host, so let the site soft reset the standby cross board first, and then use the ptp command to query the SNCP protection group of that single board, and find that you can query all SNCP protection groups after the reset, and then finally soft reset the main cross board on it.


Root Cause

1. From the results of the command line query, you can see that these SNCP protection groups exist on the host. However, because the SNCP monitoring point has been moved down to the crossover, the query for the status of the protection group is the query for the status of the SNCP on the crossover, and therefore it is suspected that the SNCP monitoring point on the crossover has been lost.

2. Use the following OPTP command to query the protection group of sncp on the SXCSA crossover board of the Huawei OSN350 device, and if the query is normal, it means that there is no abnormality on the crossover board;
