Processing

1, due to the original software version of the single board 4.13, due to the logic configured as SSN2EFS0, through the analog package loaded into 2.19, SSN4EFS0 single board although the multi-board ID function, but its own single-board software can not be used to use the N2EFS0 single board software 2.19;

2. Wait for the end of the analog package loading software without activating the single board;

3、Use the board-level loading method to load this single board version to 4.13 separately;

4、Activate the single board after the loading is finished;

5、Confirm that the network element works normally and the upgrade is successful.

Root Cause

SSN4EFS0 has a multi-board ID function, which can be used as SSN1EFS0 or SSN2EFS0 boards through configuration, but the Toolkit tool reads the list of board information and automatically loads software packages with version matching, and when loading such a board with multi-board ID function, it loads software packages with the logically configured board type.

Solution

Wait for the simulation package to finish loading the software, do not activate the single board, then use the board-level loading method to individually load the single board version to 4.13, and activate the single board after the loading is finished.
