Problem Description

The OSN3500 reports an error (Do not support this function. Error Code:39123) when using T2000 for network management upload.

Root cause

1. 39123 error code is reported during the upload process using network management, which means that the device does not support this function. Analyze the EMSlog of the network management: the error code is reported when the network management issues the command "0x6964 = NSCMD_LAN_GET_EOSDCN" (querying the IP address and mask of the in-band DCN management interface).

2. Confirming that the master control type of the current network is N4GSCC, N4GSCC and Q3CXL do not support "in-band DCN management and other related functions". At present, only "Q2CXL, N1GSCC, N2GSCC and N3GSCC" support this function, but the rest of the masters do not support it, so the query will report an error.
