An OSN3500 device connected to a master subrack with an extended subrack cable cross reports BUS_ERR, and the third parameter of the BUS_ERR alarm is 0x80.

Processing

1. Alarm explanation:

A. The third parameter is 0x80, which indicates that the expansion line connected on the cross veneer is not connected.

B, the first parameter may be 0x11, 0x12, 0x13, 0x14. 0x11, 0x12 is the lower DB header cable of the XCE veneer board; 0x13, 0x14 is the upper DB header cable of the XCE veneer board

Root Cause

1、Cable is not connected

2、Bad DB interface of XCS single board

3, XCE single board BD interface bad

Solution

1、Connect the cable

2、Replace the XCS single board

3、Replace XCE single board
