OSN3500 network elements report power_abnormal alarms on a large number of single boards on the element due to an external power failure, but after the external power supply is restored to normal, the power_abnormal alarms on one of the N1PD3s and one of the N1SL16s do not go away. the PD3 single board alarm parameter is 0x01 0x00 0x01 0x01 0x04; The SL16 single board high-order parameter is 0x01 0x01 0x01 0x00 0x04.

According to the power_abnormal alarm parameter, it can be seen that the alarm of PD3 indicates that the main and backup power supplies are reversed, and the alarm of SL16 indicates that the backup power supply is being used for 3.3V. That is to say, when the main power supply is normal, the boards reporting alarms are using the backup power supply.
After the external power supply is restored to normal, the main power supply is normal, so why doesn't the single board reporting the alarm switch back to the main power supply? After confirming that the NGSDH products with a single board main power switching 3 times in a row, even if the fault triggered by the main power reversal disappeared, the main power supply back to normal, the board hardware logic control power is no longer switched back, but has been maintained by the standby power supply, and reported power_abnormal alarms.
Solution
This can only be solved by unplugging the veneer or hard resetting the veneer.
