Before the failure of the city had a power failure, through the current network power failure test experiments, found that after the power failure, all the equipment in the server room by the battery power supply, in the recovery of the utility power, a power supply on the one hand to all the equipment in the server room power supply, on the other hand, to charge the battery. After accounting, the power consumption of all the equipment in the room plus the power consumption of charging the battery is greater than the rated power of the primary power supply, i.e., in this case, the primary power supply is insufficient, which leads to an abnormal hard reset of the single board that has the highest power consumption, i.e., the crossover board, in the equipment. After the battery is fully charged, the primary power supply will only supply power to the equipment with sufficient power and the equipment will return to normal.
Solution
Increase the rectifier module of the primary power supply, and increase the rated power of the primary power supply so that it is greater than the sum of the power consumption of all the equipment in the server room plus the power consumption of the battery charging.
