Anomalies in the optical path between the 451 network element and the 443 network element caused jitter between SD and SF, resulting in anomalies in the MSP inversion state (jitter in the state on the optical path resulted in K-byte confusion causing the MSP protection switching pages of the two network elements to be out of sync) and service interruption.

Solution

Emergency recovery measures:

Reactivate the faulty MSP protection group full loop protocol.

Complete resolution measures:

Troubleshoot the optical path between the 451 network element and the 443 network element.
