Solution
The reason for the long SNCP inversion time is due to the fact that before the first SNCP inverts, it transmits alarms to the downstream SNCP, and this SNCP then inverts. The downstream SNCP will also transmit alarms to the downstream SNCP first, and then this SNCP will be inverted, and so on, and the downstream SNCPs may all be inverted.
