Root Cause
The PL3 single board carries one-way broadcasting service down to the local area, and no service signal is input to the single board receiving channel, which will report the P-LOS alarm accordingly, and the performance event of "T3 line-side coding violation BER second" is the feedback of the performance event of the P-LOS alarm. Therefore, the reason for this performance event and the P-LOS alarm is that the PL3 port is accessing a unidirectional downlink broadcast service, and there is no service signal input to the receiving channel;
Solution
One-way broadcast service generates this abnormal performance event and P-LOS alarm, which is a normal phenomenon, and the corresponding P-LOS alarm can be blocked.
