Root Cause

The PL3 single board carries one-way broadcasting service down to the local area, and no service signal is input to the single board receiving channel, which will report the P-LOS alarm accordingly, and the performance event of "T3 line-side coding violation BER second" is the feedback of the performance event of the P-LOS alarm.
