Supports 1000BASE-SX/LX/ZX/VX Ethernet optical interfaces, supports self-negotiation function, and meets IEEE 802.3z standard. Adopting pluggable SFP optical interface, the transmission distance of multi-mode fiber can reach up to 550m, and single-mode fiber up to 10km (40km and 80km optical modules can also be selected according to actual needs). Supports self-negotiation, 1000M full-duplex, 100M full-duplex, 10M full-duplex (only N3EGS2 supports GE electrical interface). Supports self-negotiation, 1000M full duplex. Supports 2K blacklists and 2K static MAC addresses, sharing 2K. blacklists of N3EGS2 single board only support destination MAC address checksum, not source MAC address checksum. Support source MAC address self-learning function, MAC address table size is 16K, support MAC address aging time setting and query. The maximum number of VBs supported is 2, and the maximum number of logical ports per VB is 30. SSN33EGS2 supports EPLAN service based on IEEE 802.1d MAC bridge. Support 1518Byte~9600Byte message length setting, support Jumbo frames up to 9600Byte. Support 4094 VLAN tags, VLAN technology meets IEEE 802.1q/p standard. Supports manual link aggregation and load sharing, and meets IEEE 802.3ad and IEEE 802.1AX standards.2EGS2 supports soft reset, which interrupts service.N3EGS2 supports soft reset, which does not affect service. When N3EGS2 is compatible to replace N2EGS2, it supports soft reset and soft reset does not affect service.

Problem Description

On a certain day, the partner engineer feedbacks that using OSN1500B equipment ssn2egs2 single board to do LAN service aggregation Risecommons MSAP equipment, when LCAS function is turned on, all the sites do not work, and there is no alarm in the network management. When the LCAS function is turned off, it can be opened normally. Other sites use ssn4efs0 single board to aggregate the same MSAP equipment to open LCAS docking normal. Using the standard mode of LCAS, the host version is version 5.36.18.50p01 and indicates the matching version.

Processing

1、Since the docking test with ssn4efs0 is no problem, basically exclude the docking problems

2、Check the GFP parameters, overhead settings and ssn4efs0 settings are consistent, to rule out overhead problems

3, with the engineer to confirm the use of standard mode, also set up successfully. As the business is already in use, do not allow interruption of the test, so from egs2 to do the test business ssn4efs0 single board, both ends of the LCAS function is turned on, ssn4efs0 single board corresponding to the VCTRUNK reported alm_gfp_dlfd, lcas_frop alarms, indicating that the receiving direction of the LCAS protocol is invalid.
