OptiX OSN3500 equipment consists of cabinets, cabinet doors, DC distribution boxes, subracks, fixed frames for business telephones, single boards and various cables, and can be installed in 300mm/600mm deep ETSI cabinets. The veneer can be divided into cross and system control veneer, packet processing veneer, packet interface veneer, SDH veneer, PDH veneer, wave classification veneer, optical amplification veneer and dispersion compensation veneer, auxiliary veneer and power supply veneer, etc. SDH veneer includes veneer of STM-64, STM-16, STM-4, STM-1 and other kinds of service signaling category PDH veneer PDH single boards include PDH service interface boards and PDH service processing boards, which are used for accessing and processing E1/T1, E3/T3, E4/STM-1 telecommunication signals, and DDN multiple service signals.EoS single boards include access boards and processing boards for FE and GE service signal types. ATM single boards include STM-1 and STM-4 ATM service processing boards.PCM single boards include FXS/FXO PCM single boards include FXS/FXO processing boards, 2/4-wire audio and E&M processing boards, DX1 single boards, and DM12 single boards. Wave class single boards include CMR2, CMR4, MR2, MR2A, MR2C, MR4, LWX, and FIB single boards. Power category single boards UPM, PIU and PIUA single boards. Optical modules support pluggable optical modules. With pluggable optical modules, if you need to adjust the type of service access or need to replace a faulty optical module, you only need to directly replace the optical module without replacing the single board. - 2 SL16 boards to realize the sending and receiving of STM-16 optical signals in 2 directions.
- 1 PQ1 board and its 2 outgoing D75S boards to realize the sending and receiving of E1 signals.
- 2 GXCSA boards are backup for each other to realize service crossover and system timing.
- 2 GSCC boards are backup for each other to realize system control and communication.
- 2 PIU boards are backup for each other to access -48V power supply for the equipment.
- 1 AUX board to provide various auxiliary interfaces for the device.
- 3 FAN boards for heat dissipation of the device.
- The other slots of the device can be inserted with other single boards according to the business needs.
