OSN8800 TQX 4-channel 10G tributary service processing board, the functional versions of the board are: TN11, TN52, TN53, TN55 and TN57. the board belongs to the tributary class of boards, realizing the interconversion between 4-channel 10GE LAN/10GE WAN/STM-64/OC-192/OTU2/OTU2e/FC800/FC1200 service optical signals and 4-channel ODU2/ODU2e/ODUflex electrical signals. 4-channel ODU2/ODU2e/ODUflex electrical signals to each other. The single board supports functions and features such as electrical layer crossover. The single board consists of a customer-side optical module, a signal processing module, a 1588v2 module, a control and communication module, and a power supply module. The single board occupies one slot. TN55TQX can be created as "TQX" on the network management and replace TN11TQX without software upgrade. The replacement board has only the functions of TN11TQX. Create "53TQX" on the network management and replace TN53TQX, no software upgrade is required for the replacement. The replacement board has only the functions of TN53TQX.

LINK_ERR
Phenomenon Description
In a network, two point-to-point 10G LAN services are opened between station A and station B. TQX single boards are used for the tributaries and NQ2 single boards for the lines. After connecting to the router, it is found that both the transceiver and receiver of the 2nd channel report LINK_ERR alarm, and the service is not available. However, there is no problem with channel 1.
Cause Analysis
The possible causes of this problem are as follows:
- Inconsistency in the operating modes of the wavelength division side transceiver and light emitting ports of the local end and the opposite end of the single board
- Link failure
- Fiber connection error
- Failure of the equipment at the opposite end
- The input optical power of the customer-side optical port of the single board is too high or too low.
- Inconsistent operating modes of single-board customer-side optical ports
- Failure of single board at this site
Operation Procedure
- The TQX single board is not configured with a PHY chip, so you can rule out the cause of the inconsistent working mode of the optical port.
- Check the optical power on the customer side of the TQX single board, the received optical power of the TQX single board at station A and station B are -6.7dB and -8.1dB respectively, which are within the normal range.
- The TQX veneer is not configured with an L2 layer chip, so the chip that detects the Link status is located after the crossover chip. the inner loopback is performed on the customer-side optical ports of the NQ2 veneer at station A and station B. It is found that the LINK_ERR alarm of the TQX veneer at station A disappears, but the LINK_ERR alarm of the TQX veneer at station B still exists.
- Hard reset the TQX board at station B. The LINK_ERR alarm still exists.
- The LINK_ERR alarm disappears after replacing the optical module of the 2nd optical port on the customer side of the TQX single board at site B on site.
- Release the inner loopback of transceivers at station A and station B, and the LINK_ERR alarm disappeared.
