1. Since this network element is a gateway network element, we suggest the user to ping the corresponding IP, and the user feedbacks that the monitoring has been resumed before the user has time to ping the test;
2, it is recommended that the user will be the main gateway of the network element modified to other gateway network element, and then connected to the device cable into the computer for long ping, to see whether there is a loss of packets or interruptions, the long practice test found that the DCN is not a problem;
3, the neighboring network elements have no abnormal alarms and normal business, to rule out the problem of network element power loss;
4, due to the query network element on the history of alarms returned to empty, so suspect the main control board reset, the collection of errlog reset records returned to the R & D analysis, found that there is a platform tVos1s task reset, the following chart in red;
5, consulting R & D learned that, for SSN4GSCC, host 18.55 previous version of the known platform problems: 8560 diab compiler array initialization - tVos1s abnormal reset;
6, the conditions for triggering a host reset are: no CPU veneer such as PIU, AUX, etc. Frequent reset caused by small probability events.
[Solution] Upgrade to V1R8C02SPC500 (5.21.18.55) version to solve the problem.
