Supports 1+1 hot backup for single boards, and the protection mode is non-recovery by default and can be configured as recovery.

Supports processing of S1 bytes for clock protection inversion.

Provides 2 inputs and outputs of synchronized clock, and the clock signal can be set to 2MHz or 2Mbit/s respectively.
