Querying lower-order cross-cutting resources
The low-order cross capacity of the Optix OSN1500 device determines the low-order access capability of the device. You need to consider the low-order cross capacity of the device when configuring services.
Prerequisites
- The user has logged on to the U2000.
- The user has network administrator privileges in the "Operator Group" and above.
Procedure
- Double-click the Main Topology icon in the Workbench view to enter the main topology diagram.
- In the main topology, select the network element icon, right-click it, and select "Network Element Manager".
- In the function tree, select "Configuration > Cross-Capacity Management > Query Low-Level Cross-Capacity".
- Click "Query". You can get the "Maximum Capacity (G)", "Maximum Number of VC4s", "Remaining Number of Source VC4s", "Remaining Number of Host VC4s Maximum VC4 Number", "Remaining Source VC4 Number", "Remaining Host VC4 Number", "Remaining Host VC3 Number" and "Remaining Host VC12 Number".
Description:The Optix OSN1500 can take the following actions when low-order crossover resources are insufficient:- Consolidate low-order time slots.
- Replace the crossover boards with higher low-order crossover capacity.
- Configure VC-4 level services.
