1. There are three main boards in OptiX 155/622H box related to power supply: POI, MB1 and MB2.

2, where POI is the power filter board, MB1 and MB2 buckle together as a power motherboard, POI single board is only a filter, MB1 single board is mainly to provide the interface, MB2 single board is mainly to provide the equipment required for the voltage conversion module.

3, OptiX 155/622H equipment, the core power of the entire system (including +12V, -12V, +5V, -5V ) are generated by the power supply backplane MB2 unified, through the backplane MB1 to the various business processing boards and SCB main control board.

4, +5V is mainly provided to each single board CPU use, -5V to the official telephone ringing stream power supply, while 12V

The -5V is mainly used to supply power to the phase-locked loop of the 38M crystal and the official decoder chip. The -5V is generated by the -12V regulator,

If there is no -5V, there will be obvious abnormality in the voice of official phone.
