Huawei OSN3500 SSN2EFT8 single board is an Ethernet transparent transmission single board transmitting 8-channel or 16-channel FE services, which is mainly used to solve the telecom application areas of Ethernet service access, bandwidth management, and Ethernet service aggregation.It can realize point-to-point transparent transmission of Ethernet services. Through the interface on the Ethernet single board, it realizes data sending/receiving, mapping, data flow control, supports port-based point-to-point transmission, data encapsulation/decapsulation, partial overhead and pointer processing, virtual cascade, SDH mapping/demapping, LCAS and so on.Realize 16-channel Ethernet telecommunication signal access with ETF8.Realize 8-channel Ethernet optical signal and 8-channel Ethernet electrical signal access with EFF8.Support 100M full-duplex, 10M full-duplex and self-negotiation.

Configuration Features:
  • After each level of VC channel is used by one VCTRUNK binding, other VCTRUNKs can no longer be used.
  • VCTRUNK1 to VCTRUNK8 are required to be bound when the bandwidth of the slot is 622M bit/s.
  • The same VCTRUNK can only bind one level of channel, and cannot bind both VC-12 and VC-3 channels.
  • Each VCTRUNK can bind up to 3 VC-3 or 63 VC-12.
  • VCTRUNK1 to VCTRUNK8 can only bind VC-3 from 1 to 12 or VC-12 from 1 to 63.
  • VCTRUNK9 to VCTRUNK16 can only bind VC-3 No. 13 to 24 or VC-12 No. 64 to 126.
  • For all VCTRUNKs, VC-12 No. 1 to 63 is not allowed to be configured at the same time as VC-3 No. 10 to 12, and VC-12 No. 64 to 126 is not allowed to be configured at the same time as VC-3 No. 22 to 24.
  • The two VC-4s, No. 4 and 8, can be bound to both VC-3 and VC-12 channels, and the other VC-4s can only be bound to VC-3 channels.
