Cause Analysis
The network management, device host, and single board versions do not match.
There is an anomaly in the single board or host.

Procedure
Check the version matching table to confirm that the network management version, the device host and the single board version are matching, and rule out the mismatch.
The same problem occurs when the network management deletes the optical DCC channels of other optical boards on this network element and the optical DCC channels of multiple NGSDH devices with the same version, so it can be confirmed that it is not a hardware problem of the device.
Follow up to confirm that the optical port bandwidth negotiation switch command is added in NGSDH equipment version V1R10. This command is mainly used to set the 1.5M DCN mode of single boards, including SSN4SLD64, SSN4SL64, SSN4SLO16, SSN4SLQ16, SSN4SF64, and so on, and other single boards don't support the setting, and this parameter is enabled by default on the U2000 network management, so the deletion of the DCC channel of the N1SLQ16 single board is unsuccessful.The corresponding optical port DCC channel is set to be enabled by the corresponding optical port on U2000 network management. After the bandwidth negotiation switch of the corresponding optical port is disabled on the U2000 network management, deleting the DCC channel of the optical port is normal.

Supporting the setting of 1.5M DCN mode enables ASON to communicate with 1.5M DCN channels. When both devices connected to each other support large bandwidth, the software automatically negotiates the large bandwidth by default and uses the large bandwidth to communicate, and the automatic negotiation of the large bandwidth is based on the base channel (D1-D3/GCC0) on the optical port to complete.
