本端及对端上报TU_AIS,业务中断时EFT8单板有W_R_FAILURE告警上报。

根因

1、EFT8单板有两片SD579芯片，前4个VC4对应第一片SD579而后四个VC4对应第二片SD579，每个SD579的最后一个VC4可以支持VC3或者VC12级别的绑定，即：第4个和第8个VC4可以支持VC3或者VC12级别的绑定。另外芯片的工作模式（VC3模式或者VC12模式）必须和绑定级别一致，否则业务无法正常开通。
2、删除SD579芯片最后一个VC4的绑定时，软件会根据所删除的绑定级别重新设置对应SD579芯片的工作模式，但是删除第8个VC4的时隙时，本来应该设置第二片SD579芯片的工作模式，而软件不通过时隙判断是第几片芯片，默认对第一片SD579的第四个VC4进行了VC12工作模式设置，第二片没有重新设置，因第二片原来就是VC12模式，不设置也不影响业务，而第一片是VC3模式被误设为VC12模式，所以业务发生中断。
3、当删除第4个VC4中的VC12或VC3业务绑定时，不会影响第8个VC4业务，因删除时软件默认重新配置第一片SD579的第四个VC模式，所以不影响第二片SD579上的业务
4、新建业务时不存在此问题，因新建业务时有时隙，根据时隙判断第几片SD579，所以模式下发正确，不会下错芯片。

Solution:
1. Before the R&D corresponding EFT8 single board version is released, pay attention to the same time slot level of the 4th VC4 and 8th VC4 binding.
2. R&D is expected to release the single board software version 7.55 and later (R9C04SPC200B01k) to solve the problem, this version is compatible with R9, and the other R versions are to be evaluated, please provide the host version to confirm the compatibility with the company before use.
