Two of them are upgraded successfully normally, but one of them reports an error after clicking Convert to Diamond Level Service: time slot inconsistency, upgrade failed. Error code: 40796.

1. The error code is an error on the device side, and it is suspected that the data on the network management side and the network element side are not synchronized, and the whole network performs the four-step method and then re-opens the operation, and the fault phenomenon remains.

2. It is impossible to specify the time slot manually during the transformation of intelligent services. According to the error message "time slot inconsistency", it is suspected that there is inconsistency in the link channel status on the path after transformation.

3. Examine the alarms on the route, and find that there is a CP_TEL_PATH_MIS alarm on one of the intermediate pass-through network elements. Confirm that one end of the alarm parameter belongs to the scenario that one end is a traditional intersection, and the other end is a free intersection. After confirming the residual crossover, delete the traditional service and then upgrade the route successfully.
