Procedure
- Query the HARD_BAD alarm on the network management. The "Location Information" displays the information of the board that caused the alarm. After selecting the reported alarm on the network management, the location information of the alarm is displayed in the lower left corner of the interface.
- Queries the software version of the single board.
- Select "Report > Veneer Information Report" from the main menu.
- Select the network element and click -->>.
- In the parameter name column of "Single Board Information Report", right click and select "Software Version". You can check the software version of the veneer.
- After querying the software version of the veneer, it is found that the software version of the BPA veneer and the GSCC veneer do not match.
- Upgrade the BPA board version. The alarm is lifted.
The HARD_BAD alarm is reported on the main control board. After querying the versions of the BPA and GSCC boards, it is found that the versions do not match. The alarm is canceled after upgrading the BPA board version.
