The OptiXtrans E6608 TMB1DAP single board can use two types of optical amplifier modules, OAC and OBC, of which the OBC optical amplifier module does not have a TDC/RDC interface. In the example in Figure 1, the module on the left is an OBC optical amplifier module and the module on the right is an OAC optical amplifier module. It can amplify C-band optical signals with a total wavelength range of 1529nm to 1561nm, which can support the system to realize the relay transmission without electricity across different bands. The EDFA in the single board has a gain locking function, which does not affect the signal gain of other channels when increasing or decreasing one or several channels or when some channels fluctuate in optical signals.
